RETURN POLICY

PLEASE READ THE RETURN POLICY BELOW BEFORE YOU REQUEST A RETURN.

ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM MEXICO AND RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO THE MEXICO RETURN ADDRESS PROVIDED

ANY RETURNS SHIPPED ELSEWHERE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery date, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve a return request.

Items must be received back at the return address within 30 days of delivery date to receive a store credit, or refund.

if an item is received after the 30 days has passed, you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. 

All items must be returned in original condition (including all return post card, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

Fill out the return card and include it in your package.

We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you'll be charge a 50% restocking fee.


SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

Order/ return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, so we do not offer exchanges.

We will issue you a store credit  once we've received your return. You'll be able to use this to order another item.

The store credit never expires.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. (debit card, credit or PayPal)

Returns for refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the item, however credit or debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction. This will vary from bank to bank.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order

All Items returned for refunds will be charged a handling fee of  $5 USD for Mexico,and $15 USDfor other countries.

Items advertised as Free shipping that are returned for refund will be charged an additional handling fee. For MX it is $5 USD for other countries is $10 USD.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. TALKINGBODY does not provide free return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, and will be deducted from your refund.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

DAMAGED ITEMS

CANCELLATION

Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends,inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
